Drawing on internal and external expertise, you can get all training related services in the areas of
leadership and business skills from us. Through networking with trainers and consultants we can help
you finding an expert in areas we do not focus on. References are provided at request.

Prior to our involvement, we offer a thorough analysis of training needs and
the most appropriate delivery method to accommodate learner needs. Following the analysis, we
formally agree the learning outcomes with you. Should we think that you would be best advised
to consult an expert in an area we are not specialised in, we will tell you and make recommendations.
We want the best return for your financial and time investment in training and, if possible, build a
long-term relationship with you.
Impact analysis: Apart from delegates' feedback, we can do individual assessments immediately and/or scheduled for some time after the training. Apart from the intended unintended benefits we would like you to know the overall impact training has had as well as the extend to which the desired learning outcomes were achieved. |
